Net neutrality ninja style

Sure, net neutrality is key to independent musicians, small businesses and anyone who cares about keeping the Internet the way it is, but breaking it down in simple terms can be devilishly tricky. Not anymore.

Thanks to "Ask a Ninja," here's a short primer on net neutrality that anyone can understand. Of course, only the ninja could work in references to Robin William's cousin making bacon juice, a girl with a hotdog on a stick, and fried cheese. En garde!
